An Integrative Approach to Health and Wellness in Boise, Idaho
As a functional medicine physician, my approach to patient care addresses the underlying causes of disease using a systems-oriented approach. I find that engaging both patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership, identifying and treating the source of the problem or the prevention of symptoms is the most effective, long-term and beneficial approach for patients. At ICRM, I help patients regain a healthy, balanced life by targeting and treating the pathophysiologic causes of their symptoms.
In our society, we have come to accept such things as fatigue, low energy, sleep disturbances, decreased libido, fat gain, strength and muscle loss, anxiety, depression, as well as cognitive decline as a result of getting older. The conventional approach to treating these symptoms is with pharmaceuticals and giving lip service to diet and exercise, however . . .

Reverse the Signs and Symptoms of Aging!
My approach is to treat the source of the problem. As an integrative medicine/functional medicine physician, I comprise a health regimen which is developed and individualized for each patient based on their unique biochemical needs using a combination of bio-identical hormone replacement, essential micro-nutrients, individualized macro-nutrients, detection of toxins with detoxification protocols, and protocols for proper aerobic and anaerobic training. Methods to activate and differentiate stem cells – as well as the use of telomerase activators of somatic cells – should be available in the foreseeable future.
Idaho Center for Regenerative Medicine
For example, most people I see as an integrative/regenerative/anti-aging physician do not have end organ disease and to their credit, are making some effort to stay healthy. Their symptoms are the more common complaints listed above (i.e., fatigue, anxiety, muscle loss, etc.). I believe there is a better way to treat this patient population; one which strives to re-establish some measure of physiologic youth as opposed to simply loading people up on pharmaceuticals.
“As a Boise Physician, I practice what I preach and am an example of how beneficial regenerative medicine can be. My personal results aren’t the exception, they are the norm.”
